About The Position

Join a team that values collaboration, creativity, and the magic of early learning. We're currently seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Director. As the Director you will be an integral leader on the Inspire team, exemplifying our values and our culture of Kindness, Innovation, Diversity, Courage, and Optimism. Our utmost priority is to ensure that all our children enjoy an enriching and inclusive learning experience, where they develop independence, confidence, and a positive sense of self and the world around them. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
  • Clean background and up-to-date health screenings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
  • Bilingual or experience with special education.
  • Leadership or mentor experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
  • Engage with your team and families daily
  • Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset - making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
  • Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
  • Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.
