We're looking for a Child Care Attendant (CCA) who is passionate about working with children, brings positive energy to every interaction, and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for families. The Child Care Attendant plays a vital role in the club's KidCare program by providing safe, fun, and attentive care for children while their parents focus on their fitness . Your presence allows parents to work out with confidence, knowing their children are supported in a clean, engaging, and well-run environment. Through meaningful interactions, age-appropriate activities, and consistent safety practices, you help make VASA a place families trust and return to.
Requirements
- Friendly, engaging, and dependable presence
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized KidCare space
- Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating positive experiences for children and families
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children in childcare, education, youth programs, or similar environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Delivering a consistently safe, clean, and welcoming KidCare experience
- Following all check-in/check-out procedures to ensure child safety
- Engaging children with fun, age-appropriate activities
- Maintaining compliance with required background checks, safety scans, and child care standards
- Supporting a positive team culture through teamwork, reliability, and communication
- Helping families feel confident, supported, and excited to return to VASA
Benefits
- Base rate of $15.00 per hour
- Flexible scheduling: Shifts are available within KidCare operating hours of 8:00am--12:00pm and 4:00pm--8:00pm, Monday through Saturday
