About The Position

Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave, we’re looking for part-time Child Care Attendants to support our Fitness Center. We offer flexible daytime shifts, weekdays and/or weekends, making this a great fit for candidates looking for consistent daytime availability in a fun, active environment.

Requirements

• An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality!
• Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with children a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized
• Supervise and participate in activities with children
• Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities
• Relate to children with patience, acceptance, and respect
• Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times
• Contact parent/guardian, if necessary, to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
