About The Position

The Ridge Club is hiring for a Child Care Attendant. Primary responsibilities include: Supervise and care for children during morning hours in a safe and positive environment Organize and engage children in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the child care area Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about daily routines and any concerns Ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in child care, babysitting, or early childhood education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Warm, patient, and attentive demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple children calmly and responsibly
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic bookkeeping skills.
• Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
