Child Care Assistant Teachers

As a teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the early educational journey of our children, helping them discover the joy of learning while providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2500 documented hours working with children, references are required.
- Clean background and up-to-date health screenings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches
- Bilingual or experience with special education
- Leadership or mentor experience
Responsibilities
- Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
- Support emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
- Partner with parents using strong communication and empathy
- Collaborate with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
- Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards
