Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families.
• Transport children on fun and educational field trips and outings.
