About The Position
The Child Care Assistant is responsible for the care and safety of members' children while members are exercising at the center. This role involves listening and responding to parents regarding their children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for the kids. The assistant will perform various duties assigned by department management according to the policies and procedures of Woman's Hospital, which is recognized for its innovative programs and exceptional patient care. The hospital prides itself on creating exceptional patient experiences and consistently exceeds state and national benchmarks for patient satisfaction. The Child Care Assistant will be expected to demonstrate pride in their work by offering children creative activities while maintaining a clean and tidy work area. This position is part-time and operates on a PRN basis, primarily during the late afternoon to early evening hours, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.
