Powerback is seeking a dedicated Child Behavior Technician to improve the lives of children with autism in the community. The role involves an intense, paid training program to become a Behavior Technician, where individuals will learn to implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician (RBT) will use ABA techniques to encourage, support, and challenge children to reach new milestones. ABA Therapy is a growing field, offering the chance to work one-on-one with children of all ages and across the Autism spectrum.
