We are seeking a dedicated BSW, LSW to join our team and provide therapeutic group services for children ages 3–8. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment for children, lead Group Day Treatment Psychoeducational sessions as the rendering provider, support treatment goals, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and work closely with the treatment team to achieve excellent outcomes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and active license (BSW, LSW) required.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Passion for working with children ages 3–8.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically active setting and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate therapeutic group sessions (2.5-hour blocks).
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children.
• Implement the Positive Leaps model of care and curriculum to support clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to communicate progress and coordinate care.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Ohio laws, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills in managing classroom dynamics.
• Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Other related duties as assigned.
