About The Position

The Child Autism Support Professional role is an entry-level position focused on providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism. Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, or Preschool Teacher.
  • Background in Mental Health/Autism Advocacy or as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
  • Degree in Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology.

Responsibilities

  • Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism.
  • Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to the company's core values.
  • Creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
  • Engaging with children at their eye level to facilitate positive interactions.
  • Maintaining tidy and organized play areas for children.
  • Actively participating in play and fostering a joyful atmosphere.
  • Supporting neighboring centers when needed.
