Child and Family Case Manager-CHCBS

The Resource Exchange (TRE) is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Case Manager to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, families, and community partners to develop and implement service plans that promote independence and inclusion for those we serve.
