Our care focuses on: Providing care for the whole family and the caregivers, not just the child Building and deepening the parent-child connection Using clinically validated assessments and technology to supercharge progress About the role: We are looking for a passionate Texas Licensed Associate Counselors to join our clinical team. In this exciting role, you will deliver care to children and parents while receiving high quality supervision and support.

Requirements

• Licensed Associate Counselor
• Passion and 2+ yrs of experience working with children and families
• Great clinical skills and experience providing evidence based therapies
• Afternoon (after 3.30pm) or weekend availability to meet with kids & families 3-5 days a week (conducting at least 13 sessions / week)
• [Optional] If interested in more hours, availability during the day (9am-3pm) for parent counseling (we provide the training - don't worry!)
• You are flexible, creative, and curious
• You are highly organized and self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations (important when working in a startup environment)
• You have a low ego, growth mindset and a sense of humor

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to kids and caregivers (12+ hours/week)
• Lead clinical intakes, track progress, and update treatment plans
• Collaborate in supervision and team sessions
• Co-create engaging content for kids and families
