W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite. Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $50,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $80 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest. Requirements

Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania
Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends

Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)

Responsibilities

Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients
Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
Collaborate with other specialty providers
Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records
Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate
