Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist, LAPC to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (on-site clinical hours with virtual non-clinical time) Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $60,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $30,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours onsite at a Blackbird Health Clinic + 3 non-clinical hours per week Non-clinical time can be completed remotely Additional Earnings: Earn $50 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload Flexibility to increase income based on your availability and interest Additional clinical sessions can be conducted virtually Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match Paid time off: Generous paid time off plus 11 company holidays Development: Ongoing clinical support and professional development What makes you, you: Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based practices Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms) Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes Proactive problem-solver with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities Dedicated to high-touch, comprehensive care, not just clinical sessions, but true partnership with families and caregivers Collaborative team player who values clinical consultation, feedback, and professional growth How you'll make an impact: Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support Collaborate with other specialty providers Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate The basics you'll need: Licensed as an LAPC in Pennsylvania Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor) Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends Why Blackbird is unique: Immediate patient referrals with guaranteed caseload - start seeing patients right away Flexible scheduling within business needs - set your own hours with emphasis on after-school and weekend availability Full administrative support - we handle credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR so you can focus on clinical care Paid weekly clinical consultation - ongoing support and skill development built into your schedule Professional Liability Insurance Career growth opportunities with increasing responsibilities and leadership pathways as you grow with us Clinical Supervision Blackbird Health is made up of intelligent, humble, compassionate and hardworking people.
