Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist, LAPC to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non-clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid (on-site clinical hours with virtual non-clinical time) Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $60,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Requirements

Licensed as an LAPC in Pennsylvania
Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients
Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
