We offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists deliver evidence-based care across the Chicagoland region. We offer state-of-the-art interventional treatments such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and electroconvulsive therapy. We partner with numerous primary care and specialty programs to develop multidisciplinary programs. We offer a wide range of types and levels of services for individuals suffering from depressive or anxiety disorders. We have intensive programs including partial or day hospital treatment programs, intensive outpatient programs and individual therapy. What you will do: Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status examinations and medical histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans. Providing evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients with various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated patient care. Monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize patient outcomes, using a patient-centered and recovery-oriented approach. Administering and managing psychotropic medications and therapies, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations. Participating in case conferences, team meetings, and treatment planning sessions to review patient progress and provide recommendations for care. Educating and supporting patients and their families, promoting mental health awareness and providing resources for coping and self-management. Staying informed about the latest advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing professional development and training.
