This role provides therapy and support services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of youth and their families through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification in Pennsylvania
• At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic setting
• Knowledge of child development, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family dynamics
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Current clearances (within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinical setting
• Provide family therapy, caregiver support, and coaching
• Conduct initial clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standards
• Collaborate with IBHS team, schools, psychiatrists, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)
