Compensation and Benefits: 1099 Independent Contract position Competitive compensation based on education and experience Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed mental health professional to join our growing outpatient team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This role provides therapy and support services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the mental health and well-being of youth and their families through evidence-based interventions and person-centered care.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification in Pennsylvania
At least 1 year of experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic setting
Knowledge of child development, trauma, behavioral disorders, and family dynamics
Strong documentation and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Current clearances (within 6 months)

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinical setting
Provide family therapy, caregiver support, and coaching
Conduct initial clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency standards
Collaborate with IBHS team, schools, psychiatrists, and other professionals involved in the client’s care
Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma-informed approaches
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal regulations (HIPAA, mandated reporting, etc.)
