The Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) plays a key role within the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) framework. This position provides specialized, community-based clinical services to youth ages 5–21 and their families. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, direct psychotherapy and the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Services may involve both individual and family therapy, tailored to each child’s needs and circumstances.
