Child and Adolescent Caregiver
About The Position
As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well, developing meaningful relationships with those you serve. You will be empowered by leaders to make appropriate decisions for participants and will take initiative to integrate participants into the community and help them enjoy their favorite activities. The role involves supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 year of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
