Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Pediatric Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team in Edmond, Oklahoma. Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Relations, or a related field
Current Oklahoma licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (must remain in good standing)
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication skills with families and interdisciplinary providers
Effective problem-solving and clinical judgment
Comfort with technology and electronic documentation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and EMR systems
A genuine passion for supporting children and their families

Nice To Haves

Experience with TF-CBT and/or PCIT is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intakes and clinical interviews
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated
Deliver services in an outpatient private-practice setting, including in-office and tele-therapy sessions as needed
Provide crisis assessment and intervention, including evaluation of: Safety and risk to self or others, Available family and community supports, Appropriate referrals and follow-up care
Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and company events
Maintain professional competency through continuing education
