Peak Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Pediatric Therapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team in Edmond, Oklahoma. This role focuses on providing high-quality individual and family-based therapy to children and adolescents in a supportive, collaborative private-practice environment. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Relations, or a related field
  • Current Oklahoma licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (must remain in good standing)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication skills with families and interdisciplinary providers
  • Effective problem-solving and clinical judgment
  • Comfort with technology and electronic documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and EMR systems
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and their families

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TF-CBT and/or PCIT is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intakes and clinical interviews
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy as clinically indicated
  • Deliver services in an outpatient private-practice setting, including in-office and tele-therapy sessions as needed
  • Provide crisis assessment and intervention, including evaluation of: Safety and risk to self or others, Available family and community supports, Appropriate referrals and follow-up care
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and company events
  • Maintain professional competency through continuing education
