Our Medication Services Program helps individuals achieve stability, hope, and wellness through comprehensive evaluation, medication management, and ongoing support. Requirements

• Licensed APRN with PMHNP certification in the state of Missouri at minimum, is required.
• Medical degree with psychiatric residency and a Missouri license is preferred.
• Board-Certified preferred; Board-Eligible considered
• Willingness to provide collaborative practice to APRNs
• Ability to work Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Passion for working with children, teens, and their families
• Excellent communication and recovery-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a multidisciplinary team
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and use of email.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a Child & Adolescent Fellowship
• Five (5) or more years’ experience in clinical work with children and adolescents
• Significant experience with severe and persistent mental illness in the child and adolescent population

Responsibilities

• Care for a dedicated caseload of clients, averaging 16 each day, both in-person and via telehealth.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, typically including two 1-hour assessments, six 30-minute appointments, and eight 15-minute follow-ups per day.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including medication-assisted treatments, to help clients reach their goals.
• Guide clients toward improved symptom management, stronger coping skills, and better daily functioning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
