Walgren Counseling is Hiring Child / Adolescent Counselor Therapists Walgren Counseling PLLC is a Mental Health Clinic in Matthews, North Carolina serving the Carolinas for behavioral health services, with a unique approach to how we provide care to clients by treating them as more than just another patient, but as unique individuals. Walgren Counseling has been serving the Carolinas since 2010. We started Telehealth services in 2016 when we opened up in Matthews, NC, Now in 2023 we are serving clients all over both in person and virtually for behavioral health services. We have paneled contracts with nearly a dozen insurance providers. Professional support team, On-staff clinical directors, and so much more. The ideal candidate is a fully licensed clinician, with 5 years post graduate experience. Being able to work independently, remotely, and complete daily tasks for client care. Previous telehealth practice experience is a plus. Paneling on insurance providers is a plus Play Therapy training or certification is a plus!
Requirements
- Full Clinical License in North Carolina : LCMHC or LCSW Required
- Ability to work independently
- Clinical Behavioral health: 3 years (Required)
- Non Provisional LCMHC or LCSW License (Required)
- Master's (Required)
- Ability to commute/relocate: Matthews, NC 28105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous telehealth practice experience is a plus.
- Paneling on insurance providers is a plus
- Play Therapy training or certification is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Coordination with Care Teams and Support teams.
- Weekly Team Meetings either in-person or virtually are required.
- Working with Practice Management Software.
- Use of Remote Support Software
- Ability to provide a virtual counseling under HIPPA guidelines.
- Ability to ensure HIPPA security on personal devices per HHS guidelines.
