The Child and Adolescent Mobile Crisis Team Manager will lead the Children's Mobile Crisis Team and their efforts to work collaboratively with family members, community resources and therapeutic team members. Working as a supportive guide for staff and clients while ensuring all federal and state regulations standards are completed to maintain the CAMT Program. They will communicate with referral services, first responders and therapeutic team members to ensure treatment plans are properly documented and executed for discharge. What you’ll be doing: Supervise CAMT; provide clinical supervision of the child and adolescent mobile crisis team. Provide crisis intervention to clients/families as needed Ensure program meets all the policies/procedures and DMH MI Standards Schedule and participate in clinical treatment team meetings Review client admissions, enrollments, and ensure quality documentation in programs Maintain excellent communications with referral sources Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to clients in individual sessions or/and family sessions as needed Ensure all program required documentation is completed in a timely manner Provide and supervise discharge planning of clients upon completion of treatment participate in screening clients and the referral process to local agencies or intra-center referrals Monitor productivity of staff, provide job training, and performance feedback in a timely manner Collaborate and communicate with the Division Director, Human Resources Manager and Chief Clinical Officer Complete other duties as assigned.
