About The Position

The Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTO | CPO) at First Fed is a dynamic leadership role focused on revolutionizing the delivery of financial services. This position is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and building the necessary infrastructure to support both customers and the First Fed team. The CTO | CPO will report to the Chief Innovation Officer and will have significant autonomy to innovate and lead in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of product development and customer experience design.
• Experience with data science and analytics to drive product decisions.
• Knowledge of information security best practices and policies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in community banking or regional banking environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong network within the financial technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap and the overall First Fed Customer Experience.
• Guide and actively participate in the product development journey.
• Own all product build and delivery processes.
• Streamline and continuously improve the customer and team experience by collaborating with strategic partners.
• Leverage data science to tailor products and better meet customer and team needs.
• Strengthen policies and procedures to enhance Information Security.
