About The Position
Specializing in AI/ML for Real Estate Private Equity Firm. Will lead the strategic integration & oversight of advanced machine learning technologies within the firm's real estate investment & property management processes. Develop predictive models & machine learning applications specific to real estate market dynamics. Design & implement automated tools enhanced by machine learning, using real-time data to support business decisions. Use Python & related frameworks for data-driven acquisition analysis, decision-making, & development of risk assessment models. Oversee the design & implementation of an automated bank reconciliation system through optimal database design & query techniques. Lead technology strategy & aligning IT infrastructure with business goals.
