About The Position
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Mary McDowell Friends School (MMFS) is responsible for leading a mission-driven technology department that supports a K-12 college preparatory program for students with learning disabilities. The CTO oversees all aspects of technology, including tech integration, curriculum, data systems, infrastructure, and support, while managing a team of nine full-time professionals and additional seasonal staff. This role requires a hands-on approach to IT/IS management and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the educational environment.
