Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Jabil – Badger Technologies Location: Lexington, KY About Badger Technologies Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, delivers autonomous robotic solutions that improve operational efficiencies and retail experiences in public environments. Our technology stack includes computer vision AI, RFID, edge processing, and cloud-based data analytics. As we continue to scale and innovate, we’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and ensure seamless delivery of solutions that transform customer environments. As CTO, you will own the technology vision and solution design across Badger Technologies. This role is critical in driving alignment across technical disciplines—from product management to cloud architecture, data strategy, and computer vision AI. You will lead & develop a talented team of direct and indirect reports across product, cloud, and AI disciplines. Your leadership will shape how our technology evolves and scales in customer-facing, real-world environments.
