Requirements

Must have current ARRT certification with State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
Must have experience working in a high-volume setting.
Must be well seasoned with 5+ years leadership experience.
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Must have BLS certification.
Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist Site Supervisor/Assistant Manager and Site or Operations/Area Manager with directing activities of technical staff.
Responsible for coordinating and supervising daily activities of technologists.
Responsible for keeping Site Supervisor/Assistant Manager or Area Manager aware of conditions and activities which positively and negatively impact back office operations.
Respond to questions, needs and concerns of techs as designated by supervisor.
Respond to needs and concerns of all patients and referring physicians.
Responsible for providing courteous and professional technical procedures/exams to all incoming patients.
Respond to patient questions and concerns, regarding exam procedures and process, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality about diagnosis.
Responsible for all paperwork associated with technical procedures. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patient procedures.
