About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CTO to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation across liquid cooling, thermal interface materials, and AI data‑center infrastructure. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee end‑to-end R&D—from concept and breakthrough technologies to engineering validation and mass production—while building and managing high‑performing teams across mechanical design, materials science, and manufacturing engineering. You will represent the company in strategic collaborations with global ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Intel, Huawei, Meta) and work closely with business leadership to ensure our solutions meet market demands and support commercialization and growth.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering / Automation, Thermal Management, New Energy, or related fields
  • Over 10 years of R&D experience, including at least 5 years in senior technical leadership roles such as CTO, VP of Technology, or Technical Director
  • Strong background in liquid cooling, servers, or related domains (experience in one or multiple areas)
  • Proven experience leading large-scale R&D projects from 0 to 1 (product definition) and from 1 to N (mass production and commercialization).
  • In-depth understanding of AI data centers, liquid cooling and thermal dissipation technologies, and interconnect materials
  • Strong cross-disciplinary integration capabilities, with the ability to combine materials science, electrical engineering, thermal design, and system integration
  • Strategic mindset with a strong sense of innovation and forward-looking industry vision
  • Strong results-oriented mindset and demonstrated team leadership capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • PhD preferred; candidates with overseas study experience or technical management experience in multinational companies are highly preferred.
  • Prior technical management experience at companies such as Cooler Master, AVC, Xunqiang, Delta Electronics, Quanta, Huawei, Intel, or NVIDIA
  • Ownership of patents or published papers in liquid cooling or thermal management materials; familiarity with international standards and industry regulations.
  • Must know how to speak Mandarin or Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for formulating and executing the company’s technology strategy in areas including computing infrastructure, liquid cooling, and thermal interface materials
  • Analyze technology trends in the liquid cooling industry and develop technology development roadmaps.
  • Lead the development of the company’s R&D system, plan mid- to long-term technology platforms, and drive the development and iteration of liquid cooling products
  • Be responsible for R&D project initiation, key technology breakthroughs, and engineering translation into production.
  • Build and manage R&D teams covering mechanical/structural design, process and manufacturing engineering, materials research, and testing
  • Establish R&D processes, quality management systems, and intellectual property protection mechanisms
  • Develop core technical talent and build a sustainable technical talent pipeline.
  • Lead technical collaboration with ecosystem partners such as NVIDIA, Huawei, Meta, Intel, Luxshare, and CATL
  • Promote industry–academia–research collaboration, working with universities and research institutions on cutting-edge technology development
  • Represent the company at technical conferences, standards development activities, and industry associations.
  • Work closely with the Business Unit General Manager to ensure technical solutions meet market and customer requirements
  • Drive the commercialization of technical achievements and create new growth opportunities for the company.
