About The Position
Seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 38m private, U.S. flagged motor yacht with a home port in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for longevity and stability within a well-run private program. The vessel operates with a Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule,when the owners aren't onboard. However, flexibility is essential and will vary depending on owner usage.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen or legally able to work in the U.S.
- Proven Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized yachts
- Team management skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in colder climates
- Local candidates preferred
- Must pass drug test and background check
- NDA required

- Full interior management and organization
