About The Position
The Chief Research Officer (CRO) at the Conference Board of Canada (CBoC) is a key executive role responsible for leading the organization's research agenda and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The CRO will collaborate with various teams to enhance research quality, develop educational resources, and oversee knowledge management and impact strategies. This position requires a strong leader with extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, capable of advising decision-makers across governmental, corporate, and NGO sectors.
