About The Position
Collins Aerospace is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Chief Project Engineer to join our Engine Controls & Accessories (EC&A) organization within the Power & Controls. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our Rolls-Royce customer value stream. As the Chief Project Engineer, you will ensure that customer requirements are met on time and within budget, while aligning project priorities with customer needs. You will actively capture the voice of the customer, identify and manage risks and opportunities, confirm that lessons learned are integrated into future projects, and ensure seamless product integration with the customer’s system.
