About The Position
We are seeking a mission-driven Chief Program Officer (CPO) who excels in collaboration and is deeply committed to equity. An individual who is a strategic thinker dedicated to fostering growth in others and a strong communicator who is responsive to the organization's needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance, program development, people management, housing and family services. The Chief Program Officer is responsible for establishing the strategic vision and developing the operating strategies that guide the daily management of all service lines across all sites and locations. The CPO provides leadership, oversees administrative efficiency, and ensures that policies and procedures are correctly implemented for optimal program effectiveness and efficiency. The CPO also ensures best practices in programs and high-quality services.
