About The Position
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) at CYC is responsible for providing executive leadership and managing the daily operations of the organization. This role involves overseeing various programs aimed at helping students graduate from high school and pursue further education, enlistment, or meaningful employment. The CPO works closely with the President/CEO and other department leaders to ensure high-quality program delivery and to develop strategic partnerships that enhance the organization's mission.
