About The Position

This executive role offers the opportunity to define and lead a global product security vision across complex, mission-critical systems, including Embedded Systems, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and SaaS platforms. You will shape secure product lifecycles, embedding security by design while enabling innovation such as AI deployment. The role involves direct engagement with customers, incident response coordination, and collaboration across engineering, product, and regional teams. By mentoring teams and influencing organizational security practices, you will ensure products are resilient, compliant, and trusted in high-availability environments. This position is ideal for leaders who combine technical expertise, strategic vision, and global experience in product security.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in product security, including managing global teams.
• Proven experience securing Embedded Systems, ICS, and SaaS platforms in complex, multinational organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of AI deployment, secure architecture, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated track record in building and scaling product security programs globally.
• Direct experience collaborating with customers to develop tailored security solutions.
• Strong R&D or product engineering background, with the ability to integrate security practices into development processes.
• Recognized thought leadership in product security (e.g., publications, presentations, industry awards).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CSSLP strongly preferred.
• Exceptional strategic, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize a unified product security strategy across global regions and product lines, including Embedded Systems, ICS, and SaaS offerings.
• Embed security by design throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Coordinate global product incident response, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation to protect operational technology and digital platforms.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to address security concerns, build trust, and support digital modernization initiatives.
• Mentor, grow, and develop security teams, fostering a culture of technical rigor and security awareness.
• Represent the organization in forums, conferences, and thought leadership events to advance product security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations, procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and R&D teams to integrate secure architecture, AI guardrails, and operational security best practices into product designs.
