About The Position
As the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Instem, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product ecosystem within the Life Sciences industry. This position is not just about managing existing products; it is about leading the charge in developing innovative product strategies that align with our company's vision and goals. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for creating a comprehensive product roadmap that enhances our offerings and meets the evolving needs of our clients. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing industry-leading product management practices and mentoring a world-class product team. In this role, you will leverage your scientific background to drive innovation and ensure that our products are at the forefront of technology application in research and development. You will oversee the product management team, ensuring that they effectively translate customer needs into actionable user stories and requirements. Your ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) will be essential in measuring product performance and identifying areas for improvement. You will also conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and seize new market opportunities. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align product strategies with business objectives. You will serve as a spokesperson for our product vision, communicating scientific insights and data to support strategic decisions. Financial oversight will also be part of your responsibilities, as you manage the product budget and develop business cases for new initiatives.
