LifeMoves seeks a visionary, strategic, and results-driven fundraising leader to serve as Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO). Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the CPO will lead and inspire a 30-person Development team to generate $28MM in private philanthropic support. As LifeMoves expands its reach and revenue goals, the CPO will also be charged with building and strengthening the operational infrastructure—spanning systems, processes, and team collaboration—necessary to scale fundraising impact and sustain long-term growth. The CPO is also responsible for upholding the highest standards of fundraising ethics, donor confidentiality, and compliance. This role qualifies for a hybrid schedule (a minimum of 2 days in the office, 3 days remotely, and a maximum of 3 days remotely).
