Requirements
- 10+ years in senior HR / People leadership roles
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environments
- Strong background in organizational design and change management
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and risk management
- Proven ability to drive results through leadership teams
- Strong business acumen with ability to align workforce strategy to company goals

- Build a high-performing recruiting engine with strong hiring standards
- Drive accountability and address underperformance quickly
- Own compensation and benefits strategy
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and risk management
