About The Position
The Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) at EVG Specialty Network plays a crucial role in shaping and guiding the company's people strategy. This role is responsible for overseeing organizational design, leadership development, and HR alignment across the network, ensuring that the company’s human resources initiatives are effectively integrated and aligned with overall business goals. EVG Specialty Network is a group of five leading veterinary specialty and emergency hospitals on the East Coast, with over 750 employees and $120 million in revenue.
