Looking ahead, the organization is on track to complete 67 new homes in FY2026, with an additional 257 homes planned by FY2030 across King and Kittitas Counties. The Opportunity The Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) is a senior executive leader responsible for shaping an organizational culture rooted in trust, belonging, accountability, and wellbeing. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that people strategy strengthens mission delivery today while building capacity for the future. The CPCO will design and lead a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that connects employees to impact, strengthens leadership capability, and builds systems that allow people—and communities—to thrive.
