About The Position
nbkc bank is currently looking for a Chief Operations Officer, EVP to join our team. The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading and optimizing the day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and business goals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will provide leadership across multiple functional areas, including risk management, vendor management, information technology and information security. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' senior management experience at a financial institution, be a data-driven decision-maker with exceptional leadership skills, fostering innovation and accountability and an in-depth knowledge of banking operations, trends and emerging technologies. This position will work @Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home) based out of our Kansas City, MO office. We are looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to be in the office while enjoying flexibility to work from home.
