About The Position
Paragon celebrates almost 32 years of providing award-winning life support and thermal control solutions for extreme environments. We've always known that it is our employees that keep our business thriving. We are looking for a key one of those employees. The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will have the proven ability to operate a line of business with multiple service and limited production product offerings, a track record of building and sustaining a culture of operational excellence, and a proven ability to develop and execute to an annual operating plan and to Program plans and schedule while meeting technical objectives. All forward-facing operational sides of the business report to the COO.
