About The Position
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the East Coast Zoological Foundation (ECZF) is a transformative, mission-driven leader responsible for overseeing the organization's business operations, facilities management, earned revenue, and safety. The COO will play a crucial role in establishing operational strategies and leading multiple departments to achieve the organization's goals, while also focusing on animal welfare and environmental conservation. This position offers the opportunity to lead the development of a new world-class Aquarium campus and enhance operational efficiency across the Brevard Zoo and its facilities.
