About The Position
Chief Operating Officer (COO) Full-Time | Springdale, AR About Perimeter Behavioral Health: Perimeter Behavioral Health is a leading provider of mental and behavioral healthcare, delivering compassionate, high-quality treatment across multiple care settings nationwide. Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for our behavioral health facility serving children and adolescents. This role partners closely with the CEO to drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and program growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required
- 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and clinical operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- RN, LPC, or LCSW with Arkansas licensure
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across clinical and support services
- Lead Nursing, Education and Facility departments to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulations
- Drive performance improvement and operational efficiency
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams
- Support budgeting, staffing, and program growth initiatives
