About The Position

About the Role We are partnering with a growth-oriented company backed by institutional capital that is focused on operational scale, execution, and performance. The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into execution across the organization. This role owns operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and day-to-day business performance. This is a highly influential role for an experienced operator who has scaled teams, built systems, and driven accountability in complex environments.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a COO, GM, or senior operational leader
• Strong operational and execution background
• Experience scaling organizations in growth or transformation stages
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
• Clear communicator with a hands-on leadership style

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the organization
• Partner with the CEO to execute company strategy and priorities
• Build scalable operational processes, systems, and KPIs
• Drive alignment across departments and leadership teams
• Improve efficiency, execution, and organizational effectiveness
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Lead and develop operational leaders across the business
