Your Location: Our Office: 1224 Ostrander Ave, Riverhead NY 11901 We have 16 offices around the area Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Issue Resolution: Capture then Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) Internal Initiatives: Oversight, Management, and Execution Key Processes: Develop, simplify, document, execute and drive adherence to Messaging: Cascade across and throughout Evolution Core Values: Drive adherence at a management level and each team member
Requirements
- Chief Operating Officer (COO): 5 years (Required)
- Team Leadership (Executive Level): 5 years (Required)
Nice To Haves
- EOS/Traction - Knowledge and Experience with the method and book
- Traction/EOS: 3 years (Preferred)
