Position Summary The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the President & CEO. The COO provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient, compliant, and member-focused delivery of all financial services. The COO partners closely with the CEO to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, digital innovation, and a culture aligned with our mission and values. The COO holds enterprise-wide responsibility for operational performance, infrastructure scalability, regulatory alignment, and execution of strategic growth initiatives. What You Will Lead As Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, translating enterprise vision into disciplined operational execution that enables sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term resilience. You will provide executive oversight of all operational functions, ensuring scalable infrastructure, regulatory strength, and exceptional member service. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will help shape and implement strategy while building an organization capable of expanding without compromising performance, culture, or member trust.
