About The Position
The newly created COO role is crucial to the company's plans to drive sustainable, profitable growth while maintaining the company's competitive edge. As COO your goal will be to continue to strengthen the organization and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Moreover, the COO will be instrumental in accelerating the execution of Martin Guitar's strategy and maximizing the company's impact, ensuring long-term success and stability. You will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will work closely with other executives to identify and address the operational needs of the organization. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive sustainable profitable growth, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
