About The Position

Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team as a Chief Operating Officer for a hospital within our family of acute care hospitals (or one of our future hospitals). This role is part of our executive leadership network, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Prime Healthcare legacy and explore immediate and future opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of hospital operations at the leadership level.
• Ability to collaborate with the management team to develop plans for operational infrastructure.
• Ability to oversee major workforce/resource decisions.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months, and then maintain biennially.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
