About The Position
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves providing leadership in strategic planning and implementing initiatives across various departments including Operations, Program Services, Finance, and Human Resources. The COO leads an executive management team and regularly updates the Board of Directors on key initiatives.
